1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Zarah Home Interior website (the "Platform"), placing an order for modular furniture, or booking an interior design consultation, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Quotations and Pricing
All interior design estimates and quotations provided by Zarah Home Interior are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices quoted are inclusive of applicable GST unless explicitly stated otherwise. Custom modifications requested after manufacturing sign-off may incur additional material and machining costs.
3. Manufacturing & Quality Standards
Zarah Home Interior manufactures furniture using computerized CNC beam saws, automated PUR edge banding, and calibrated core boards conforming to Indian Standards (IS:710 Marine Plywood). Natural wood grains and stone textures may have slight tonal variations characteristic of genuine natural materials.
4. Delivery and Handover Timeline
Standard delivery for standalone modular pieces is 7 to 14 business days. Turnkey interior projects follow a committed 30 to 45 business day timeline starting from the date of final 2D/3D design freeze and initial milestone payment, subject to site readiness (electricity, water, civil completion).
5. Warranty and Limitation of Liability
Our 10-Year Warranty covers structural core board delamination, fungal rot, and manufacturing defects. It does not cover normal wear and tear, intentional physical damage, exposure to direct rain on non-outdoor furniture, or third-party unauthorized repairs.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms or transactions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
